- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please click “Click To Open Website” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 4 : Then click “ONLINE SERVICES” menu which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 5 : Then click “Online Service – With Login” > “Birth & Death Department” > “Apply for Birth/Death Certificate” option. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in Yellow.
- Step 6 : Now click “New User(?)” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 7 : Complete the registration form and click the checkbox highlighted in RED. Then click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

- Step 8 : Then click “Click here to continue…” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 9 : Enter the valid credentials and click “Login” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 10 : Now click “Birth/Death/Marriage” option under “Services” section on the left side of the page. Then click “Apply for Birth/Death Certificate” option. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 11 : Under self declaration choose “Birth” from the dropdown menu. Then click the checkbox and click “Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 12 : Now enter the registration details and click “Search” tab. Then click “Add To List” tab to upload the registration details. Then click “Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image to continue the process.
- Step 13 : Please follow the screen instructions to complete the process.
- Step 14 : Upon submission, the applicant will receive acknowledgement as the confirmation of submission.
- Step 15 : After verification, the applicant can obtain the certificate from the concerned authority with the help of acknowledgement slip or the applicant can download the certificate from the portal.
