2. If you are already a registered user you can click on the button "Login" and enter appropriate credentials to login. If you are new to the website, please click on "Register" button and enter appropriate details to register yourself and login to the website.
3. After logging in, search for the service "Senior Citizen Registration" and select appropriately to apply.
4. After making the selection, please enter requested details and upload documents as needed and submit the application for validation.

Apply In-Person:

1. Those who are looking for senior citizen certificate shall approach the nearest collectorate building and make enquiry at the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities wing for assistance in getting the card.
2. Also, you can reach your area MPOnline Authorised KIOSK and seek their advise for applying.

4. In the given page, please select the respective state as applicable to reach the respective state districts page. Please check and scroll down for the “Districts” section. Please click on the “View All” option to reach the districts page. Here click on the applicable district to reach the official district page.
5. Here click on the menu and sub option as “DIRECTORY / PUBLIC UTILITIES / Municipalities” to reach a page with required contact information for locating the respective authorities office. Also Please look for other menu and sub options as “ABOUT DISTRICT / Who’s Who”.
6. On locating the right office, visit the office and meet the respective designated staff. Request for the service. Once the staff explains, collect the application form if provided or write on a plain A4 sheet as advised.
7. Submit the completed application form along with the documents that are mandatory for applying. 
8. Once the application is accepted, authorities might provide an acknowledgement or any other receipt for the application accepted. Keep it safe for future reference.
9. This application will be processed internally. Verification of submitted documents will also be carried.
10. After successful completion, a Card will be delivered to the applicant through postal or in person as per the applicable norms.
11. The whole process of issuing the Senior Citizen card will take 7 working days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

• You can apply by calling the National Helpline number "14567" for the Elders and they should be able to facilitate you to get a Senior Citizen Certificate or Identity Card.

Need for the Document

• The Government of India provides facilities for citizens above the age of 60 years. In order to avail those facilities one has to get the certificate.
• The senior citizen certificate will allow the holder to receive numerous benefits like discounts in Railways, Flights and other benefits from the government.

Information which might help

• Without cross signature(half on paper and half on photograph) and signature on undertaking, the application will be rejected
• One has to produce the card to prove the authorities whenever asked for. So, this card must be carried always.
  

NOTE : It is a punishable offense to try with fraudulent documents to get a Senior citizen certificate
