ProcedureEdit

  1. Download and complete the application form.
  2. After completing the form, submit it to the Ministry of Education and Culture along with all the required documents:
    the childs birth certificate
    Immunisation Card
    Letter from Road Town Health Clinic certifying full Immunisation of Child
    Passport size photograph of student
  3. Applicants will be contacted by the Ministry of Education and Culture once a decision is made.

Required DocumentsEdit

Your application must be accompanied by these following documents:

  • Valid Birth Certificate
  • Immunisation Card
  • Letter from Road Town Health Clinic certifying full Immunisation of Child
  • Passport size photograph of student
  • If applying for a private school, your application MUST be accompanied by a letter from the school, stating there is space to accommodate the child.

Have the Official Transcript from the school last attended, sent directly from the Principal of the school to the Department of Education through this address:

All documents issued written in a foreign language must be translated and certified and the translation accompanied by the original document.

Do not forget to bring your passport and work permit which will be returned immediately after the information requested has been verified. Persons employed by the Government should bring along their letter of appointment.

When to submit your application

Applications will be received for processing during the first four months of the year (January to April) for Public and Private Schools and again in November for Private Schools only.

Students will be admitted into school in September at the beginning of the school year (Advent Term ) or in January, the beginning of the Lent Term. Exceptional cases will be at the discretion of Personnel responsible.
