Procedure

1. Go to the office of Ministry of Economy and Finance, General Revenue.
2. Complete an application form.
3. Submit all required documents.

Required Documents

• Form 0351 "Registration and Update" in 3-way professional ring
• Form 0352 "Related individuals" (in 3 ways)
• In the event that legal persons are linked, single form DGI-BPS 0353 "Exhibit Registration of Legal Entities and updating related" in 3-way data such entities
• Form 205 "Statement of Wages Picts" (BPS) 2-way (in the case of units having single window DGI-BPS)
• Photocopies of the identity of the partners
  • If a third party to perform the procedure, you must submit two copies of their identity cards
• Notarization (original and 2 photocopies) setting:
  • Signatures of all partners
  • Data from partners:
  • Name, should be set if you have no middle name
  • Identity (type, country of origin and number)
  • Date of birth
  • Marital status
  • Nationality
  • Legal Capacity
  • Home Address
• Official address
