Procedure

• Visit the concerned authority nearest to you.
• Fill the application form with the complete information.
• Submit all the necessary documents.
• A valet inspection will be made.
• Pay the prescribed fee and taxes.

• Duly filled application form
• Original and copy of the identification card
• Provided registration
• Certificate of the Board of the Provincial Public motorcycles
• a motorcycle history report public
• Proof of Insurance Act.
• Certificate of incorporation, copy of photo identification and sign a registration authority
• Letter of distribution, accountant certificate and proof of delivery and distribution vehicles
• evidence of acquisition of the vehicle, such as receipts, invoices and Purchase Agreement contract. Certificate of purchase etc.
• If cannot be done personally, an attorney with authorization letter will do.
