Procedure

• Visit the concerned authority.
• Fill the application form with the complete information.
• Submit all the necessary document.
• The vehicle will then be inspected.
• Apply for a debit car.
• Pay the prescribed fees and annual tax.

Required Documents

• Notice of sale from the manufacturer
• If imported from abroad, evidence to the Department of Customs (32) Receipt for import duties. A copy list items (Invoice) and a copy of the inbound freight.
• Evidence of the acquisition of the vehicle, such as a lease agreement
• Identification of the owner (photo ID cards). If the person using the certificate of incorporation, a photo ID card of the authorized signatory and seal (if any) is necessary.
• Proof of insurance
• If owned by a foreigner, the following must be submitted
  • Passport photos (which has been signed visa validity)
  • Certificate of residence
