Apply online through Digilocker
- User shall use the following Link
- In the given page, please click on the “Login / Register” button provided on the top right corner of the screen to reach the “Login or Create Account” page.
- Enter your registered mobile number at the prompts as applicable and click on the “Continue” button to reach the “Verify OTP” screen.
- Please enter the OTP at the prompt as appropriate to complete the OTP authentication process and click on the “Verify” button.
- On successful verification, the dashboard page will be provided.
- The page will display documents already issued under the “Your issued documents” section.
- Please select the Birth Certificate document type if issued already and it is listed to reach the corresponding page.
- Please follow the page prompts as appropriate and follow the page requisite to download the birth certificate.
- If not displayed under the “Your issued documents” section, then click on the “Drive” option to reach the drive page with used space information.
- If the citizen already saved his or her document in the drive, please browse through the page for the document type to download.
- If not saved in Disk, then click on the “Search” or “Search Documents” option or enter the certificate type in the “Search for documents” prompt and click on the search icon.
- In the resulting page, please look for the “States” section and click your respective state as applicable.
- In the given state centric page, please click on the certificate type as applicable.
- The resulting page will display the certificate or the system will prompt the user to enter required details.
- Please follow the page prompts as appropriate and follow the page requisite to download the certificate.
Apply Online with Application Number:
- To Download or View Birth Certificate, the applicant has to make an online process through the following Link
- Enter the application number and click on the “Search” button.
- Now the birth certificate details are presented on the page.
- The applicant can check and view the certificate.
- Also, the applicant can download the birth certificate by clicking the “Print” button.
- To Download or View the Birth Certificate, the fee is free of cost.
- The processing time for this procedure is within a minute.

Apply through CSC
- To Download or View Birth Certificate, the applicant has to approach the nearest CSC Link
- NOTE: To check the contact details of CSC centre, please select the District and Block.
- The applicant has to visit the nearest centre.
- The applicant has to inform all the details to the respective officer.
- The officer will enter the details in the portal with the given details.
- The applicant will get the downloaded certificate from the officer.
- To Download or View the Birth Certificate, the fee is free of cost.
- The processing time for this procedure is within a minute.
