Apply In-Person:
- To apply or register Public Benefit Organisations in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the Zambia Revenue Authority, please tap on the following link to view contact details: link.
- Make sure to have all the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- An application form will be provided to the applicant upon visiting the Zambia Revenue Authority office, find the form here: form.
- Once understanding the guideline properly, the applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
- Submit the application form with necessary attachments to the office.
- Pay the fee as given in the “Fees” section of this page.
- After the completion and verification of all the required documents, the certificate will be accessible.
- Collect the registration certificate from the office in a stipulated Period of Time.

- Latest Available Accounts/Financial Statements for Institutions which have been in operation for more than one year or Bank Statements for Institutions which have been in operation for less than one year(Certified Copy).
- Certificate of Registration/Incorporation (Certified Copy).
- Tpin Certificate (Certified Copy).
- Proof of Payee Registration.
- Articles of Association if the Entity is a Limited Company by Guarantee (Certified Copy).
- Proof of Carrying Out Public Benefit Activities.
