Apply Online

1. To renew Electrical Supervisor Certificate (Workmen Permit), the applicant has to use the following link.
2. Applicant has to click “Online Application” button on the top side if the page.
3. On that page applicant has to select the apply for renew Supervisor Certificate.
4. From redirected page applicant has to enter the details and click “Login” button.
5. If the applicant is a new user, the applicant has to click the “New Registration” button.
6. The applicant has to enter all the details for the registration process.
7. After completing the details click the “Register” button.
8. The applicant will receive the username and password by the registered email ID.
9. Now the applicant has to log in with the username and password and click the “Login” button.
10. The applicant has to select the form from the menu list.
11. Enter all the details in the application form.
12. And upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
13. Pay the prescribed amount fee in online mode.
14. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
15. All applications are processed within a reasonable time, having regard to the particular circumstances of each application, including the completeness of information and documents submitted to the authority by the applicant.
16. The authority may seek additional information from an applicant if this is necessary to assess the application. The authority does not need to deal further with an application until the applicant has provided this additional information.
17. Once the process is completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
18. For further process, the applicant has to follow the instructions given by the officer.
19. This entire process can be completed within 15 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

Apply In-Person:

1. To Renew Electrical Supervisor Certificate (Workmen Permit), the applicant has to approach the Electricity Department (Power) link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
4. Make sure that the applicant has to attach all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
7. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
9. An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
10. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
11. Based on the outcome of the above report and other internal processing, the designated authority will grant the license with his/her seal and signature.
12. The license will be hand delivered, sent through post to the address mentioned while applying or issued as per applicable norms.
13. This entire process can be completed within 15 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
