Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To register a real estate project, please visit “UTTAR PRADESH REAL ESTATE REGULATORY AUTHORITY.” The address and contact details of the office can be found in the following Contact Link.
2. Visit the Office and get the Get Form “A” and Form ‘’B’’ to register a real estate project from the relevant department.
3. Please fill the application with essential information and details and it should be attested with the applicant’s signature.
4. Make sure that you have all the documents that are listed in “Required Documents” section of this page. Attach all the important documents mentioned.
5. Then, it should be submitted to the relevant authority. Also pay the required fees for the application process at the office as directed by the officials. You will be given an acknowledgement receipt. Please keep it safe for future reference.
6. And your application and attached documents will be passed for verification to check if there is any deficiency.
7. After all the processes are completed, concerned officials will approve the application and proceed with the registration process.
8. Once the registration is over to be collected, office will inform the applicant to collect it through any applicable means.
   

Apply Online

1. To register as a real estate agent through online, visit the Project registration link.
2. Now on the opened page please enter your login credentials if you are already a user or you can register as new user and proceed.
3. Please fill in all the required columns and attach all the required documents.
4. Now check one and click on “Save and Continue” for each part once finished.
5. Please pay the required fee by selecting your convenient payment method.
6. After completing everything, check once and click on “Submit”.
7. Your application and the corresponding documents will be subjected to the necessary verifications. After successful verification of documents, the registration for real estate project will be processed.

Eligibility

• Any person who wishes to register as a real estate project can apply.
• The project must be carried out in a legal area with all furnished documents.
• The applicant must be resident of UTTAR PRADESH.
• The applicant should hold zero criminal records.

Registration shall be valid for the period required to complete the project or phase, as declared by the builder / developer.
