Uttar Pradesh - Online Register a Land or Property
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Registering a Land or Property
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : Now click “Apply” under property registration section in the left side of the page. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 4 : Now click “New application” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 5 : Please complete the application form with valid details and click “Enter” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : Note down the application number which appear on the screen. Because you have to use this application number as the login ID in future. Now click “User login” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 7 : Now enter your application number and password in the textbox and click “Enter” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 8 : Read the instructions which appear on the screen and click “Presenter Details” option at the left side of the page and it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 9 : Complete the presenter details section and click “Save entry” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 10 : Now Complete the property description section and click “Save entry” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image. Likewise please complete all the available sections. Refer the below image where the sections are highlighted in RED.
- Step 11 : After submission of application, applicant shall take printout of online application and acknowledgement.
- Step 12 : Go to the Sub Registrar Office (SRO) with application printout and all necessary documents on the scheduled date.
- Step 13 : Submit the document to the authorities. They will check the details and pass it to registrar.
- Step 14 : On announcement from office staff, applicant has to go to the registrar cabin along with seller and witness.
- Step 15 : On their scheduled slot, should produce their ID in original before the registrar along with the DD for the said amount to be paid to the seller from buyer and then sign the registry as well as in the advised places of the document to finish the registration.
