Apply Online:
- To Apply for Post-Graduation Work Permit or License (PGWP), the applicant has to make the application online via link
- The applicant has to select the application package.
- The applicant has to select the category, and type of application.
- And also select the answer to the question.
- Now the applicant has to click the “Create an account or sign In”
- For sign-in, the applicant can use the following option sign in with GCKey or sign in with sign-in-partner.
- If the applicant doesn’t have an account click the “Register” button.
- Follow the given steps to register with both optional partners.
- After registering, the applicant can sign in with the user name and password and click “Sign In”.
- The applicant has to select the application package process “Apply for Post-Graduation Work Permit or License (PGWP)”.
- Enter all the details in the application form.
- Also, upload all the necessary details which are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Pay the application fee for the online mode of $255.
- Once the process gets completed, the applicant has to click the “Submit” button.
- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent through email or it can be checked online.
- Once the process gets completed, the applicant can get the Permit from the office.
- This entire process can be completed within 90 - 180 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
