Punjab - Online Register Pet Dog
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for pet dog registration
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In the given page please click “PET REGISTRATION” option highlighted in RED under Citizen Services session.
- Step 4 : User will reach a new page. Please click “New / Fresh Registration of Pet” option under “Pet Registration” which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 5 : Instruction screen will be displayed. Go through the details and click the close icon highlighted in RED to close the screen.
- Step 6 : Now select “New / Fresh Registration of Pet” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 7 : Applicant will reach Application for Pet Registration page. Here select your pet type “Dog” from drop down list and click “Next” button which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 8 : Applicant will reach online application page. Please complete the prompts as appropriate. Upload photo of applicant and pet. Complete the payment section as applicable.
- Step 9 : Once all the details are filled please click the check box for “I agree….” option to get the “Receive OTP” button. Please click “Receive OTP” button. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.
- Step 10 : Applicant will receive OTP in the registered mobile number. Enter the received OTP at the prompted space and click applicable option and follow the onscreen information to complete the online application.
- Step 11 : Please save the acknowledgement for future reference.
- Step 12 : This application will be processed further.
- Step 13 : Applicant shall follow the department notification to get the registration certificate.
