Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Registering a Marriage
Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
Step 3 : In this page please select “Click here to Login With ePramaan” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 4 : Now you will be taken to the login page where you have to click “New user? Create an account” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 5 : Now choose any one option for registration. It is recommended to choose “Registration using Aadhaar Number / VID” option which is highlighted in RED. Then choose the OTP medium and click the checkbox against “I Agree” option. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in Yellow. After entering the verification text click “Verify through e-KYC” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 6 : Now complete the registration form with valid details and click the checkbox highlighted in Yellow. Then click “Sign Up” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 7 : Now you have to verify your Email Id by clicking “Send verification link” tab which is highlighted in RED. Open you email and click on the link to verify. Also you have to verify your mobile number by clicking “Verify” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image. Then enter the verification code in the textbox and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 8 : Now go back to the login page and enter the valid credentials and click “Login” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 9 : Now you will be directed to the e-district Manipur portal for registration. In this page please enter your personal details and residential details and click “Register” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 10 : In this page select “New Application” section which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 11 : Now click “Apply” option against “Registration under Hindu Marriage Act” under “Registration Office (Revenue Department)” section. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

Step 12 : Now complete the application form with necessary details. Make sure you provide valid details for registration.

Step 13 : Now click the checkbox which is highlighted in RED and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 14 : Once all the above steps are complete. An acknowledgement slip will be generated for the online application form.
Step 15 : Please take printout of the application. Applicant has to submit the application form along with all the required documents and the fee challan to the respective authority in the sub-registrar’s office and follow the authorities guidelines.
Step 16 : The couple along with the witnesses has to sign the application form in front of the Sub Registrar as advised.
Step 17 : Certificate will be issued as per applicable norms after notification.
