Goa - Online Obtain Contract Labour Licence for Contractor

- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply Online : Apply Online
- Step 3 : In the given page Choose “Labour & Employment” section which is highlighted in “Red” please select “Amendment of License for contractor under contract Labour” which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image to get next page.

- Step 4 : In the next page please click “Proceed to Apply” which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to get the login page.

- Step 5 : Please login using the credentials and click on the “Login” Button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image. If you are a new user, then use the “Register” tab which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image to reach register page.
- Step 6 : Please enter the required details as per prompt and hit the “Generate OTP” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to get OTP in the entered mobile number.
- Step 7 : Please enter the OTP at the appropriate space and click on the “Submit OTP” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.
- Step 8 : Now enter the details at the prompted space and click “I agree” box which is pointed out by a “Red” arrow in the below image and click “Validate” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.
- Step 9 : Now login using your credentials.
- Step 10 : Once login, Complete the page prompts for online application and hit respective tab to submit application. Upload required documents.
- Step 11 : A system generated acknowledgement will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
- Step 12 : An SMS alert will be sent to the applicant regarding application submission.
- Step 13 : Application will be forwarded online to the concerned department.
- Step 14 : After scrutiny by the designated authority, short fall in the documentation if any will be intimated through SMS along with the date of inspection.
- Step 15 : Department authorities will verify the documents, Inspect the premises and clarify their queries.
- Step 16 : The Application along with report will be forwarded to the issuing authority concerned.
- Step 17 : If the applications is found to be correct, applicant will get notification about the sanction through SMS in their registered mobile number.
- Step 18 : This certificate shall be hand delivered or sent through post as per applicable norms.

- Make sure to keep the “First-Aid Facilities” in the premises during inspection.
- It is advised to submit additional set of copy of the documents and get counter signed for your safety while applying with government department.
