Bihar - Online Register as Contractor

Step 1: At First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents to Register as Contractor

Step 2: Please use the following link to reach online portal: Apply Online

Step 3: In the given page please select “Contractor” option which is highlighted “Red” in the below image and enter the login credentials as applicable.

Step 4: Finally click “Sign In” button which is highlighted “Green” in the below image to login.If you are a new user then use the “Register” which is highlighted “Red” in the below image option to get a new page.

Step 5: If you are a new user then use the “Register” which is highlighted “Red” in the below image option to get a new page.

Step 6: Here go through the information and click “Apply for New Registration” button which is highlighted in “Red” at the bottom of the page to get new registration page.

Step 7: Please complete the registration process by filling the mandatory details as per prompt. Now click on the “Send OTP” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 8: User has to enter the OTP received as per prompted space.

Step 9: Click the right button to register and to login.

Step 10: Once login, applicant will land in a contractor registration page. Please complete the page requirement by filling the mandatory details. Upload required documents as per prompts.

Step 11: Once the online filling of application form is complete, please click “Save” button to submit the application.

Step 12: An acknowledgement for submission of application will be generated. Same time an acknowledgment with reference number will be sent to your mobile and email. Keep it safe for future reference.

Step 13: This application will be forwarded to the respective department for further processing.

Step 14: Submitted application will be verified by the authorities.

Step 15: Please follow department notification.

Step 16: Once the applicant is found eligible, License will be granted as per applicable norms.

Step 17: License will be delivered to the address mentioned while applying or it will be delivered as per notification.

Note:

• Applicant will be asked to meet the concerned authority for interview.
• Department authority may conduct inspection of the workshop or the facility of the applicant
• It is advised to submit additional set of copy of the documents and get counter signed for your safety while applying with government department.
