Andhra Pradesh - Online Register a Complaint Against Doctor

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents to Register a Complaint Against Doctor

Step 2 : To start registering the complaint, the applicant shall visit the National Medical Commission website in the below link: Apply Online.

Step 3 : On the page displayed on screen, click on the “Click Here” option, highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 4 : On the “Raise a Grievance/Complaint” sheet that appears, fill in the details like name, mobile number and email. Under the Country section, click on the drop down box pointed by a “RED” arrow to select the “Country” then to select the “State” again click on the drop down box pointed by a “GREEN” arrow as shown in the below image.

Step 5 : Under the “Complaint Type” section, click on the drop down box pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image.

Step 6 : Then select “Complaint” option in the list pointed by the “RED” arrow as shown in the below image.

Step 7 : Under the “Department” section, click on the drop down box pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image.

Step 8 : Then select the appropriate option from the list displayed as shown in the below image.

Step 9 : Upload, tests, reports or any such documents to support your complaints by clicking on the “Upload” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 10 : In the “Complaint Description” section, fill in the details of your complaint. Enter the “Captcha” shown in the image under the “Enter Image” section highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 11 : After verifying the details, click on the “Register Complaint” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 12 : After raising the complainant, the applicant will be taken back to the log-in screen and the registered application number will appear as shown in the image below “Your complaint is successfully registered with application number.”

Step 13 : Please note it down the application number for future reference. Now your complaint has been registered successfully.
